Wendy has been a serial entrepreneur for over 15 years, won several awards and nominations, had her own Dutch TV-Show, is a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, author and international speaker. Wendy is also the inventor of Equalitypoly; the first management game to help companies not just talk about diversity but also get into action. She is currently developing an unconscious bias training in AR (Augmented Reality) and developed a revolutionary model to create an inclusive culture and is currently writing a book about that.
